44days on Atkins
My weight is still same,bouncing in between 158 and 156...
I entered all food to food log today.Please give me a comment if you are reading this.How do I increase calories without increasing carbs...

~I am still having same reasons for being depressed...My special one is being depressed and upset too and hurts me by saying things that I dont expect from him.I feel so lonely.But I know things will come up eventually cause I am dedicated and honest inside my heart.I plan to concentrate on my exams for now.I will sit for it in the next session.I made a nice and managable study plan.And will take slow and steady preparation in next two months.It a "do or die" situation for me.
~My home peoples mood change like weather in mansoon.They are calm for now but may start shouting anytime over my marriage...I care for their feelings but I cant help.I care for his feelings.But I cant do anything to improve his situation.I strongly believe he will take decision in my favour.Its hurtful when he speaks of us as something separate and bulids walls in between us...I suffer from emotional detachment from him and when he allows me to go close to him emotionally my heart rejoices...
~Today was a day...Tomorrow will be better.I believe in this...

How many meals a day are you eating? I eat at least 5 times. That might help. Also, I saw chicken, so assuming you are not a vegetarian, you need to add more meat. That will kick up your calories more than anything else. Remember that fat has 9 calories per gram, as opposed to carbs&protein which have 4. If you can do pork, add breakfast meats. If not, add turkey-sausage (if available). More beef. Make some homemade beef jerky(That kicks my calories up more than anything else) Good luck.

Thanks for advice Denise. I eat brackfast,lunch and dinner and two snacks.I have a day off tomorrow.So plan to cook enough beef and fish for whole week ahead :) atleast till friday.How you make those homemade beef jerky?Do you think I would lose some good amount of weight in next 3months?Most probably I will see my special one after around 3 months.I want to surprise him :)

That is hard to tell. Once you get your calories up over 1500 consistently, you can evaluate. Something that will also help you is exercise. Exercise helps stimulate hunger. I was loosing 5#s a month, and I lost 3#s this week due to increasing my exercise. Check out the Atkins site for Beef jerky instructions & recipes. I can give you my recipe, but I have a dehydrator, you will probably need directions for the oven.
