55days on Atkins
I believe my fod log today looks better than few previous days...Weight stays the same for 35days now...Wont I ever start losing again???
Today was another day,tomorrow will be better,better and better than today.

I am on day 32, I have lost 18 pds by day 30 than gained again and now only lost 15 pds, i find my weight does go up and down but havent given up as i do read lots of success stories, maybe it is what your eating? Just dont give up you can do it, you will start losing again, do you use ketone strips to see if your body is in ketosis i use them to keep track.I found i gained eating the atkins bars and drinking the shakes so i now cut them out Good Luck :)

Thanks Krystal.I eat unprocessed whole food mostly.And at my place atkins products are not available.No I wont give up that easily this time.I did Atkins few years ago then I lost around 17kilo(37 pounds),then I hit a platue like now and gave up.Regained some of the weight back.This time I plan to stay on plan and reach my goal.Thanks~Anita

Looking at your weight history, you are actually loosing between 1 and 2 pounds a week. If that is correct, you are loosing at a PERFECT rate. It is BAD to loose faster than 2#s a week. Also, what kind of exercise are you getting? I have been averaging 5#s a month lost. This last month I started exercising about an hour a day and my weight loss doubled.

Denise I am actually not losing the way I entered it in weight history.Infact I keep bouncing in between 70 and 71 kilo since 1st january.It looks like I am losing but in fact I am not.On 1st january I was 70.6 kilo and this morning I am 70.8 kilo.This weight chart does not show the total story.I am trying to exercise,I walk half an hour from home to work and also do some weight lifting and some crunches.I cant manage gym now.Is this enough exercise?How does my food chart for today look?Is not it atleast better than other days?Thanks-Anita
