Reality Check #2

First off, It's most definitely been a very long while since I've been on here.. I must admit, I have been off track for a long while... I was so focued back in the beginning of 2011, but I allowed a lot of different things get in the way.. My relationship with my fiance, my senior year of high school before I graduated, last but not least my long summer vacation.
I don't regret anything. Everything happens for a reason I guess.. But any how. I am back and ready to get back on track.

I'm starting february off with 30 day shred. Just to jumpstart. I look back on where I was beginning back in 2010, ad was like hey.. It's been about 2 years and I gained so much weight and most definitely is ready to get to where I was and get aleast to my first year goal weight. I'm not expecting all this weight to fall off in this entire year, but hey, I know I can do it.. And I am determined to do it.

Goal weight from now until my birthday is to lose atleast 10 15 pounds and it will put me at 230 or nearly 225. It seems like so much to lose but hey, this is only the start for me. I'm really ready to get out of the 200's.

If I do achieve my goal weight the way I plan to and or get to atleast 170's by the end of the year, that would be a big achievment. I would most definitely be pround of myself.

I finially found a ok paying job. Where I am able to buy healthier food. I'm currently controling my portion size.. How is that going/?? okay.. could be a better, but I'm working on it. I'm just now trying to get back on track.. I know this want be an easy journey but I do know for a fact that, "If I want it bad enough I would get to where I want to be" NO IF BUTS AND DOUBTS ABOUT IT! I'm going to get there.

I do know for a fact that I would need to keep a food diary and an activaty diary. Something that could be together. If I write/blog about how things going and what I'm currently doing, I know that I am able to keep up.

I have plenty of motivaiton. My Fiance, My Parents, Brothers, Sister, Friends, and other family. I do have other websites that I currently be on that is so motivating to me.

I'm currently in a challenge on youtube and I am going to make the best out of it. I didn't join the challenge for no reason..

Btw, I am planning on getting p90x soon, but first I gotta get to my second goal weight, -200 pounds. 40 pounds to go! I can do it.! :)
