60days on Atkins.
I completed two months on Atkins today.I dont think I did it right way.Yesterday I was reading online lesson on OWL given at atkins official website and realized that I was not doing the diet exactly.From tomorrow onwards I plan to write exact menu for all week in advance and stick to it.And I would eat exactly 30gm of nuts every alternative day and not more than that.I plan to keep my carbs strictly at 20 for one week and 25 next week.I was not counting carbs accurately. And more water.Probably with these minor modifications I would start losing again.
Hopefully all my personal issues would solve soon in a positive way.Today was a day.Tomorrow will be better,better and better than today.

I'm so glad Anita. I'm reading Dr. Atkins book right now (I hadn't before I started the diet). It is very helpful! Duh. :-)
