Diario de befriender, 25 may. 17

Can't believe it I put on weight this week. I have been allot more active this week and kept to about 1000 to 1200 calories a day. the past 3 days I have been running about like a crazy person at work thought I would loose 1-2 lbs atleast a lb. went to bed for 4 hours as I am night shift today an xtra as work were desperate. it's gonna play havoc with my metabolism. one thing I'm not sure about I intend on going back to bed at about 11 am back up at 5 pm for the shift that starts at 8 I'm not sure about what times to eat going to have to keep my energy levels up as it's really busy. do I take xtra calories as I will be up all night and when I get home about 12 pm on Friday I will only probably sleep for a few hours. need ideas on very low calorie foods to keep me going.

Likely you have not eaten enough...this is also something I had to get used to, I know it seems counterintuitive because you want to lose weight so figure, ok I will eat less. Sleep patterns play havoc with my food intake too, just eat as soon as you can after getting up, this was the biggest challenge for me, and then eat when you are hungry and get the chance. Just remember to eat enough but not too much, you may need to ride close to your RDI but with your additional activity, you should be fine actually. Best wishes Neil

Try a banana...an apple...some nuts...granola bars for something more treat like...lots of great nacks you can take with you...
