I started Lee Labrada's 12 week Lean Body plan today. I loved the workout this morning (fully challenging, but do-able) and am feeling good about the eating--even though I feel like I am actually eating a bit more than I'm used to.
It's been awhile since I was following a plan that required so much discipline, but the simplicity of the diet makes it fairly easy to follow and plan for, which is nice.
