Diario de pureheiress, 09 mar. 10



Hello Lovelies,

Got to have a sleep in today as it's the only day of the work week I start late. Although getting up later made me eat as soon as I got up.
I've already eaten so I haven't weighed up.
Silly me, My tummy got the best of me.
Just had my new shake, it tastes a tad different to the old one, but I guess it's supposed to, it is supposedly a better brand.

I stayed within my new calorie intake yesterday, it's not leaving me hungry which is a good sign yeah?

Also off to the doctors today, yay! Get myself a little more sorted.

Had an amazing lab yesterday, I had a great lab partner, she used to be one of the editors and design managers of one of New Zealand's most prestige Sport and endurance magazine's. Pretty epic if you ask me :).

Got another today, but one of my great friend's is in my class so I am assuming we will be partners :).

Insomnia wasn't as bad last night but I think it was on account I only slept for 3 hours the night before and the rest of my sleep was achieved in a nap in the early evening.

Oh, I hear you on the insomnia issue. I have always been envious of people (my husband) who can fall asleep almost instantly. It takes me at least an hour on a good night. And some nights I can't sleep no matter how much I try. It sucks. Hope you get your Z's soon. Many hugs.
