Ok, no weight change for 2 weeks. Um, yeah - need to get my ass in gear. Actually, I think I'd gained some & then lost it and went back to steady this week. So, whatever. I've decided to start doing Phase I lunches & dinners again. Breakfast I'll still do Phase II if I want. I also need to NOT go TOTALLY off-diet the entire weekend. I've been doing 3 days sometimes - including a Friday, which isn't a weekend. BAD DIETER. 3 more pounds!!! I can do it, damnit!!!
