Waiting for the plumber to clear a kitchen sink backup. Enjoyed a 3-egg omelet with diced onion, garlic, red & yellow peppers, spinach, cooked in olive oil and topped with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese. Delicious, filling, and full of protein and good fats, with only 6 to 7 grams of carbs.
