I work in a cafe and my keto buddy and I have been waiting in samples of these incredible looking muffins with granola and yogurt. She makes the decisions when it comes to adding new foods and uses me and the other manager to help taste test and evaluate. We decided to skip lunch and try these and I STILL feel awful. We both got so sick-even though they really were incredible and we decided to serve them. My stomach was killing me to a point I couldn't function and I ended up purging part of it (this is not a habit nor did I do it to rid myself of a binge, I was just desperate for relief). I feel somewhat better, but I will NEVER do that again. We have enough good stuff on our menu 😥
