Ruined my calories over the long bank holiday weekend.
I will probably not weigh myself on Friday as I know a gain is coming my way.
I’m going to limit my calories to 1000-1200 instead of the usual 1400 to see if I can even out the calorie intake for the week (probably not, but worth a shot 🙈)

954 kcal Grasa: 23,82g | Prot: 72,60g | Carbh: 117,59g.   Desayuno: Baby Spinach, Aldi Unsweetened Soya Milk, Asda Frozen Mango Chunks, Tesco Frozen Blueberries, Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Brooklea Fat Free Greek Style Natural Yoghurt. Almuerzo: Baked Potato (Peel Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking), I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
