I'm a 41-year old female and this is the first time in my life that I've ever had to go on a diet. I'm partially disabled due to back and joint issues, so I don't get much exercise to speak of aside from housework and chasing after our 7 furbabies (kitties). So losing weight is a daunting challenge for me, but my health has made it necessary. I've chosen to do a keto diet since I seem to have developed a gluten sensitivity AND my fiance tends to keep a lot of high-fat items on hand. lol It's taking some time and a lot of reading to get a handle on this diet, but I'll get it...and hopefully get into ketosis soon. :)
