I am happily married and a mother of two beautiful children. I just recently had my second child and am ready to lose the weight and get healthy! I'm starting on Atkins because I am insulin resistance and the low carb/low sugar diet was recommended by my doctor. I know I'll have a hard time giving up sugars, especially my soda pop that I love, but I can do it... just got to keep motivated!
