I am relatively healthy looking, however, I am still trying to lose 10 pounds to look my ultimate best for the summer. Because I was a basketball player, my normal playing weight most of my life was 165 pounds (pure muscle and I am 5'9). While in college due to a few basketball related injuries I ballooned to a whopping 192 pounds (maybe slightly more) and I was lucky enough to lose all of this weight by my senior year. Right now I am 160 pounds, but since I am no longer playing basketball I'd like to get rid of that athletic build and look like a lean female. My ultimate goal is to weigh 150 pounds, but I have found that I have reached my plateau and can no longer lose any more weight. I hope this is not true and hope that this website proves to be helpful.
