I am a 57 year old teacher retired for the last 6 years. I have been babysitting my grandchildren when not in school, (Alexander 6, Chandler 8, and Madison 7 months), but my son needed me to help in his business so I'm doing that until August.
I have tried every diet there is and find myself needing to lose about 55 lbs. Praying it can be done.
