Hello everyone, I am currently 160lbs i used to be 180lbs i lost 20 pounds with the help of the southbeach diet, although i had to modify it since most of the ingredients arent available here the Philippines. I look forward meeting new friends and hopefully we can help each other achieve our goals (130 lbs for me). I need all the help i can get, i am well aware of my weaknesses but have no idea how to battle it. Maybe you guys can share some tips on how to deal with cravings, chocolate and junkfood weakenesses and emotional eating.
