Guys, I had a much better day today! Got some things done in the house but also managed some time just relaxing. We got Domino's for dinner, which meant 0 effort from me!
Tonight I even tried a 10 minute workout video! Ok, so I was woeful and managed about 5 minutes activity out of it, but I am proud of myself for trying and I am keen to keep trying it and see myself improve. So that's exciting!
I also got my 2k steps goal with a bit of effort at 2345!
Unfortunately I am still eating too many calories, but I am pleased to be making tiny steps in the right direction.

Today was a strange one so I'm just going to let it go and see what tomorrow brings!
A highlight was definitely hearing from my manager that she's completed some work I was expecting to do on Monday! The coming week looks much less stressful now, so hopefully I can make more effort with my weight loss. Watch this space!

Ok so the strangest thing has happened! I have been happily using the private messaging function and then all of a sudden yesterday, my latest received messages have disappeared! I am quite annoyed because I had not replied to the last one yet and I can't remember the content.
Anyone else had any issues? Is there something I have done without realising?

Thankfully today was much better than yesterday!
I had a really productive work day and got some things ticked off my to do list that have been hanging around for far too long.
I also did better at getting some steps in today. At 9.30pm I am on 1843 and my goal is 2000. I know, that's hardly anything, but on days when I don't try I get closer to 600. So 2000 is a really feasible but significant improvement.
So I'm feeling more positive and looking forward to another good day tomorrow. That's all I can do, take one day at a time!

Today should have been so much better than it turned out to be. Started the day with a 0.4lb loss for the week. I know it's not proper weight loss, just reduction of bloating, but it was still great to see!
Work was fine, I got through a couple of tedious tasks. I didn't make any great connections though. It's hard working from home sometimes.
This evening, hubby needed to go to bed for a couple of hours after dinner. I connected with a few friends online, but felt so lonely! He's just back up, to do some work. So no great conversation on the cards tonight!
I'm not a big talker, but tonight I'm yearning for validation. I've been thinking about things that make me feel pretty useless. I just don't want to be this version of myself any more! I want to be energised, productive, fun!
