Lunch: Baked potato, protein shake, strawberries
Snack: Cinnamon square (bad I know)
Dinner: Banana, tomatoes, cucumber, wheat thins and peanut butter
Dessert: Culver’s ice cream and fries
It was a drive and pick up my daughter day, so those always involve Culver’s if it’s open.
Didn’t lose anything this morning, which is ok. I have to keep reminding myself that 1 pound a week is healthy. I know I should just weigh myself once a week, but I’ve always been a little obsessive and I use that to determine how to eat today. Like if I had been up 2 lbs or something, I would make sure to avoid sugar, or hydrate really really well or avoid salt. Various things based on what I ate the day before.
I won’t, however, weigh myself night and morning. I’ll try not not weigh up every day; not making any promises.

147.6. Actually lost weight.
Today was a little rough for food because my husband’s parents took us out for our Christmas present. I’m trying vegan, but literally noting at this place would be vegan unless I just had sides of rice and refries beans and while I like beans, I don’t like refries beans. But I stuck with my fishetarian thing and ordered a shrimp chimichanga.
Stoped fast at 10.
Lunch: cherry tomato, cucumber, plain baked potato. (Work fed us. They also had a lot of various meat and other non vegan options.)
Snack: peanut butter granola bar
Dinner: a few nachos. 1/4 of my chimi. All of the lettuce and tomato that came on the side.
There was so much cheese on everything. It was pretty gross actually. All that cheese grease on the plate.
I will definitely have to keep being fishetarian until I figure out what to eat to get enough protein. Cause apparently you’re supposed to eat .36 times your weight of protein in grams? That’s a lot of stinkin protein being plant based. I was 14 grams off the other day and it’s not like I was left feeling hungry. I kinda figured the quinoa bowl would have been more.
Anyway, I have research to do.

So, even though my baker gave me another of those scone things this morning I waited till 10 to eat. We also finally got thin mint brownies in so I tried an inch by inch piece.
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, apple
Snack: peanuts
Dinner: sweet potato black bean quinoa bowl
Dessert: ice cream sandwich, banana pumpkin muffin.

Technically my fast ended at 9 when my baker offered me a taste of the new cinnamon scone type thing that came in. Half of one was 125cal.
I did wait till about 11 to have anything else though.
Lunch: 1 large apple, chocolate protein shake

Snack: peanuts, banana pumpkin muffin(healthy version) 290 &?
Dinner: 1.5c chicken fried rice minus the egg, 1/2c stuffing ?&?
Dessert: hip chip ice cream sandwich. 300
Drink: 32oz coffee. 20 oz G0
I really want to give the plant based thing a go again. The big things last time were cheese, yogurt and eggs and I really don’t eat much yogurt and cheese anymore anyway. So, I’ll try to start vegetarian with fish(don’t remember what that’s called.)
You know how many bakery things use eggs and butter?
