Well I was down this am. As much as I want to get excited, I thing its because I didn't eat dinner last night. I have come down with a head cold and couldn't eat and even went to bed at 830 last night bc I thought I was going to die (I am a big baby). had low fever. eyes burned and itchy, couldn't breath and my face felt 2x its normal size. lol Enough of pitty party, I feel little better today but still not well. Ate my protein drink this am and lots of water. we will see if I was really loosing weight or if it was bc of no dinner and water lose.

What a beautiful day. Focusing on making good choices in both food and life. Learning to stop worrying about the things I can not change. To be patient for the answers I need to make my life decisions. Really trying to listen for Gods word on those decisions I need to make but having a hard time telling if I am hearing my head, my heart or My God. In the mean time I am being patient and resting in His peace. Clarity will come in His perfect timing.

Spring is almost here. I'm am so excited. a time for more outdoor activities. Horses, motorcycles, park with kids. yard work. the lake. awwww. I am also in process of buying a new boat. so excited. already secured the dock and bought a lift. That should be motivation enough to get these last 15lbs off. lol the more I can be outside the easier it is.

well as always, im up a little after the weekend. I was in a snow plow all weekend and ate very little. I even took my protein shakes and apples and oranges with me so I wasn't temped to eat fast food. then only bad thing I did was had a few (3)adult beverages for a birthday get together Friday night. Took a quick break for a few hours yesterday to go play in the snow. we took the ranger out and pulled each other around on sled. watch a friend try to snow board down a hill out in a field. Now that was funny. until she realized how may rocks where under the snow. ouch. :0 my jeans are still fitting a little looser. (not much) but I can tell some difference. as long as this is taking I normally am down by sizes. I'm not giving up but need to do something different.

i am happy with the weight where it was, not sure what exactly happened to me. I jumped up to 165.00. happened in just a few days and took a week to get back down. my body hates me is seams. lol. I still think a lot of it is stress as I am not eating terrible. I did go out and have Mexican with friends one nite but got fajitas so it wasn't to bad. I have started protein drinks. in the past they made me gain but over last few days it seams to be ok. will keep going with them and hope for the best.
