Last week I only worked out one day and eating was alittle off. don't feel like eating was out of control but with no exercise,I'm sure it didn't help. Back to it, only to strict on carbs till vaction and be carefull whille on vaction. don't want to undo my loss. ugh, I don't know why I am such a yo yo. I was at 143 at the beginning of this month and could possibly be under or close to and so once again kicking myself. just pick myself up, brushed off the bad and start again.

Today was shoulders and arms. Hoping for some improvement in my triceps this time around. like the front of my arms but my triceps still hang loose. since I upped my weights from 5 to 8lbs think i should see an improvement.
I need to buy some ready made protein shakes to get me till dinner time. My kids aren't allowed in the pool till I get home from work but the minute I walk in that door they are in their suits ready to dive in. last night I was so straving, ate a couple crackers and a couple chips, not enough to amount to damage but enough to make me feel quilty.Maybe some hummas and carrot sticks too.

pylometrics (p90x) kicked my butt!!! I was dying,my legs were on fire and had to call it quits at 25 min left. My legs were shaking so bad. I didn't have that workout in lean so its new to me. WOW! I will get the rest of it done tonight,no excuses! But all those lunges and squats definetly good for my legs and tush -lol. He says its the mother of all workouts and it is defintly that.

Today day 1 of 2nd round of P90x, doing classic this time and doing ab ribber x as much as I can this time. Today was chest and back and feel like my push ups are better and alittle deeper,not as deep as they but oh well. This go would like more tone than weightloss although would like to get below 140.

I did 36 min on my eliptical and some push ups, hand weights for my triceps and plan to walk in the evening with baby.
I failed miserably over the 3 day weekend. Good news husband came home from his deployment but other than cleaning and playing with the kids, i did not do a workout on purpose. I really had good intentions and then didn't. Pleastly surprised only up two sugar pounds which will come off in a couple good eatting days. I think I need the structure of the p90x and plan to do a dvd tomorrow and will probably start round 2 on monday june 9th.
