Who knew you could be sore from Yoga! I did alittle over 48 min of yoga x this morning and really tried. Most of the time I only half try and/or skip partsbut today i decided not to. Still have 43 min but I had to get in shower or would have thrown my whole morning routine off and would be late for work! Will do it tonight whille little ones are watching a movie. Decided I really have to see the finish line but just a few days late. Today Yoga, Saturday- cardio x , sunday yoga, monday -kenpo and tuesday is core, Then final weigh in and measurements on Wednesday! I also plan to eat really clean this weekend, tuna, chicken,salads, smoothies, veggies, and very little carbs. I also plan on buying oranges and limes and make a pitcher of grean tea - susposed to be great for your metabalizm,belly fat and bloat. and limit to almost no fake sugars or diet soda! I can and will do this!

did terrible last night- too many snacks. ugh! I am on my last week of p90x and can't keep motivated. have done only one dvd this week,got 20 min into the core this morning and let the slight ache in my back get me to give up. I did run on monday but was susposed to be yoga. WhY Am i so close to finishing and i want to give up. on a plus note picked up a donut and forced myself to put it down!!! I am so close to 140, but if I don't cut it out - i will not make that this month!!! ok so I just need to do the rest of the workout for the week. and take a break from p90x

Kenpo x this morning, THis is my fave!Really trying to get my kicks higher and my punches tighter so my legs felt a little like jello going into work this am.ha ha.But its such a great work out!
Last night I attempted my dvd but little girl kept needing me so gave up and played with her. Around 8 we went for a run/walk and she enjoyed that, fell asleep before it was over though. Was pleased that I could run for quite a ways.
On a plus note saw 143 on the scale this morning but alittle nervous about logging it.

I didn't work out this am- told myself it's my bday - I don't have to. I should have said because its my bday I should work out! oh well. try to get it in tonight if not a walk/jog with the baby.
week 13 of p90x is starting out like last week. two days behind again well 3 actually cuz didn't get kenpo in on sunday like planned. ugh. I am so close to finsihing. I am just so tired lately. OK so if i get in kenpo tonight, part of yoga on wed, cardio x on thursday , core on frid, kenpo on saturday, yoga on sunday , am I caught up and then post my final results on Monday. but if can't get it in tonight do final work out on monday and post results on Tuesday? probably. I can't give up I am so close!!!! and I have seen amazing results.

Not going to count it or log it! My sugar is up so my weight is up, ate too many carbs this weekend. Not alot of junk but enough to mess with my sugar blood level. A couple lower days will bring it down. I would like to wait till Saturday to log my last day on P90x but probalby will not be able to resist seeing if it went away.
I wish I could give up soda and aritfiacl sweeternes for a week, cuz I've read it will make your stomach go down cuz of bloat but I can't. HA HA I am not strong enough.
No exercise this am- but will get in tonight
