Coming off a week of higher carbs and I’m starting a new program today called PSH (power/strength/hypertrophy) and including IF. Since my window will be more like 10/14 I’m likely going to include an extended window on Sunday’s - up to 24 hrs if it’ll fit my schedule.

As luck would have it, Jim S just released a new program called PSH (power strength hypertrophy) that will be available Monday. The timing is perfect for the end of my current routine so I’ll be looking forward to that.
On another note we’re driving our son back to college on Friday so that’ll be bittersweet. Still going to stick to the plan AMAP.

Forgot to weigh myself right when I woke up as I usually do. Went to the gym and ate afterwards so hopefully it balanced out between sweating and breakfast with 1/2 gallon of liquids. :)
