Brunch. Feeling a bit more energetic today. I have already made some progess on the house which makes me happier. Currently cleaning bathrooms & floors. I have also installed a new toliet upstairs where a friend some broke the other one. o.O Now bleaching.

Lunch/Dinner Breaded some chicken and used a pre-made sauce as I didnt feel up to figuring out how to make it myself. Turned out pretty good though I just used the same sauce as dressing on the salad since someone used the last of the miso dressing.

Breakfast. Nothing fancy just an easy breakfast most of it cooked in airfryer. Eggs werent of course but the hash browns and bacon are just easier that way. Moving slow today feeling weak for some reason which is put a damper on my cleaning efforts. :/

Decided to weigh in today to get an update on how I'm doing. Looks like I need to focus on more regular meals to avoid muscle mass loss but other then that doing well. Lost one pound this month which is acceptable I've been trying to reduce sugar to reduce the amount of fat that I've gained during muscle gains. Due to a busier lifestyle and stress causing skipped meals it looks like I've reduced the amount that I'm eating by too large of margin and lost .4 lbs of muscle 💪 this month but no worries that's why I checked on was to look at areas for growth. Going back and looking at my logs I also noticed that I focused more on plant-based foods and less on protein not that I can't enjoy more protein in my diet but that could have also allowed for a slide in my muscle mass. this month I'm going to try to focus on including more fish into my diet to increase protein I noticed that I eat more fish with my salads and things this should allow me to balance both my personal taste preferences and allow for more protein in my diet. I'll also try to include more eggs in the morning this should also increase my protein stores while allowing me to maintain a focus on nutrients and fiber with my fruit and veggies. I'm still struggling to get in the proper habit of stretching three times daily. But I will commit to looking at ways to change my schedule to support this area of growth.

Lunch. Nothing to fancy just some salmon & mandarin crunch salad. Did have to push eating till the end of the work day but actually managed to eat lunch at work today... an improvement. I did take Friday off this week to rest as Ive been feeling a bit worn
