Up as I predicted. Have to really focus to lose 3 pounds by end of challenge!!!!!
69,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

1818 kcal Ejercicio: Natación (Lento) - 35 minutos, Descansando - 15 horas y 25 minutos, Durmiendo - 8 horas. más...

Oh no! whats happening girl! did you take a vacation too! LOL You know you can do it! just tell yourself how much you want it. You've got the time to lose those 3 lbs by the end of the challenge!

What can I say J-I am lost......today, a jewish holiday, indulged in all that I should not have-I'm really off track. Tomorrow is another holiday dinner. I suppose Monday will be a new, serious start, however, I am totally undisciplined with food, and not getting to sleep until mornings........I'm a mess........

you are not a mess!!! you just have to work hard to get where you want to go!!! drink tons of water! eat at your holiday dinner, enjoy yourself. just DON'T overeat! drink water w/ dinner. you can do it! on SB can't you have like unlimited chicken or veggies and eat less of the bad stuff!! maybe restict all carbs for that meal!? come on navigator!!! lets get you back down 3 pounds and who knows! maybe even to 149!!!! woooohoooo!

Push the water!! I had a gain yesterday and BullyTrouble told me to drink more water. I am down 2 lbs this morning. Drink, girl, drink!!!
