Diario de Lucyloowho, 21 abr. 19

Intermittant fasting since Autumn 2018 ~~did not lose, but also did not gain through the holidays. Starting mid January, I did some longer fasts. Alternate day fasting (every other day for 1 week ~~so 3 36+ hour fasts in 1 week. Then I attempted a 5 day fast & manage 4 1/2 days. I think this really got my insulin levels down & perhaps healed IR. Here in April I am picking up IF and some ADF as well, may do a longer fast soon.
72,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
