It's been a long time since I logged onto fatsecret.com. I have been floundering around, gaining weight, obviously, looking for a simple way to lose weight. Finally, I truly understand that it takes hard work and dedication. Can I be devoted enough to myself to take on this challenge? I don't know. Can I at least try every day to remember that I need to take on this challenge for my health, and take time out for myself to exercise and try new foods? Yes, I can do that.
