I heard taking it before bed helps if you get side effects. I take mine in the morning and I don't get any GI side effects (I take it when I eat) but I do get bouts of dizzy-ness from time to time, especially when I exercise really hard. Kind of scares me but I think it's one of the 'normal' side effects and nothing to worry about.
