I brought more weights into the house a little heavier than the previous. 2 dumbbells and a barbell. I have a 4 day workout now:
day 1: chest and triceps,
day 2: shoulders,
day 3: back and biceps,
day 4: legs
day 5: rest.
This way I get all muscle groups without spending too long doing weight. Started at 4 muscle groups a day and spending over 1 1/2 hours working out.
This way its less than an hour and I can push myself a little harder on each one. should be able to drop rest day soon as 4 day cycle should allow muscle groups to rest on non work out day.
will start cardio with orbital trainer soon but I usually set training as circuit training to get heart rate up.

Sound like a great plan. 👍🏻 And sounds like you know what you’re doing! I am doing a 7 day cycle with one rest day, 2 cardio only days, two different lots of both upper and lower body As I started from a really low base after 16-18 months of illness, I had to gradually recover and implement my back to fitness workout plan. I’m going to swap it for a more specifically targeted plan in about 3 weeks. Today I got my old dumbbells and weights bench out of the garage. There’s no room to set them up in there or in the house, so they’ll be outside. It’s the best I can do.
