Finally, after 3 years of unemployment I have a job. We celebrated with a pizza night and would you believe it?, I dropped to 141.6 kg.(been stuck at 143.6 for days) I bought some low carb protein powder from Woolworths on special and have that with some oats, sultana Bran and Just right, with full cream milk,( I know it should be skim milk or water but I just can't do it ... yet) smoko is 1 sandwich TipTop 9 grain wholemeal with either tuna, egg or tuna and egg, beetroot and lettuce and a little mayo for flavour. I have the same for lunch with an apple and on the way home I have grapes that have been chilling in the eski. Once my body adapts to this I can start going to the gym again. dinner is same skinless chicken with broccoli, sweet potato, carrot and a little potato( 1 small one with skin still on)
141,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 36,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You’re doing great 👍🏻 and that sounds like a really good eating plan. Keep the protein up and stoke up on a few carbs with protein about 1 hour to half an hour before you hit the gym and you’ll be ready for it.
