Skipped the gym opting for mowing the lawn while resting newly worked muscles from the weight routine the day before. My food intake was protein, complex carbs, fiber and loads of water. At the end of the day, my net intake and output favored weight loss, and though I was not hungry, I staved my desire for a frozen fruit treat to accomplish my weight loss goal. The simplify of doing what is healthy for my body and mind astounds me. The luxury of resources and time to accomplish it are not lost on me. Others are not so fortunate.
