After a terrible week of working 84 hrs and either forgetting to eat completely or ordering out and eating terrible food I expected to have gained at least 2 lbs but I stayed steady. I am thankful that I dont have to work against a gain. I missed 2 days at the gym last week and already 2 days this week from pure exhaustion. i feel like crap about that, but I went to spin this morning and I am getting my self back on track. Spin was a bit harder than usual but I pushed myself and made it through. Just looking forward now. My goals are with in reach. just have to stay focused .
