Yeah so my weight went up 2.4 lbs =(. Right back to my plateau weight. But my body fat% is at 35.5% which is a full point down from last week, and my BMI is 24.9. High normal, but I dont have to call myself overweight anymore.

Awesome... I decided to give the scale a break for three weeks. I have been sitting ay 183 FOREVER and it is just frustrating. I did buy some jeans ( a while back that I can not wear) that I can get up but not button so I try them on every week. That is awesome about the bodyfat I am trying to lose some of that too. Keep up the good work!
