well, i was bad last week. missed final 2 workouts over the weekend and kind of ate whatever. I didnt eat alot, but didnt eat right. Back on track this week. Just didnt feel like stopping play time long enough to workout!! geeez!! Back on the wagon though..have to get under 200 lbs soon!!
