Make a plan, start small, stick to it. I know you know you can do this - you did it before, you can again. if you have a food you love and know you cannot control it right now remove it, and then once it is gone slowly work it back into your life (for me it was bacon... it stayed out of my house for almost a year now I can eat 2 pieces and be done).
