I have Thanksgiving all planned out; I'm bringing my own healthy side dishes, and I've informed the hostess not to be surprised if I don't pig out on potatoes and stuffing. I made a roasted root vegetable side dish, a sugar-free cranberry sauce (cranberries and apple cider), and a dessert of spiced pumpkin and sweet potato puree.
