I am weighing on a different scale. I will remeasure again on the same scale i started off on tuesday. My body feels lighther, healthtier and my jeans has loosen up a little esp around the thigh region. I can't do without exercise anymore.A day without exercise will make me sluggish and tired.There were days I wasn't up to exercising but did it anyway.

Chocolates are the greatest temptation occasionally.

I have to find exercising method to loose the midsection fat.
71 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2 kg.    Aún para ir: 11 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 1,4 kg a la Semana

sounds alot like me..when i dont exercise then im not as perky that day...your always gonna have foods that are a temptation, but by changing your eating habits, the foods soundnt be as bad a temptaton as they was...hope that makes sense..looks like your on the right track...way to go
