Well,yeterday was a surprise,not enough protein,too many total carbs(NC)small calorie count even tho that is not important. Today paid more attention to protein and nc. I have to enter my food so I will see how it goes. Before when I did Atkins and I it didn't go the way I thought it should,I quit. Of course I am the one who controls what happens. The program is laid out for me and anyone else.Feel good,third day doing this. Still finding my way around the site. I go on a cruise at the end of the month. So this is always a pitfull for me but am bound and determine not to let that happen. We cruise a lot so I have to get in control and not use it as a reason to binge.
