If I can do as mother of three small children anyone. Have faith in yourself and never give up. My children are my reason for getting healthy because I want to be able to here for them much longer. I also want to be able to play with them outside and lots more without giving out of breathe and getting so tried. I'm a lot more active now. And I feel a lot better then I use to. Never put yourself down no matter what if you have a slip up it's normal everyone does. Just try your hardest and do the best you can. One main thing not to do is compare yourself and your weight loss with anyone everyone is different and will lose weight differently. Not what works for one person is going to work for everyone. You have to find what is best for you. Keep your head up and do the best you can.

Melissa, You are absolutely right on to accounts. First you right trying you hardest to do your best and second what works for with weight loss for one person doesn't work for everyone. Just keep doing what every your doing; you're doing great.
