I have difficulty in resisting temptation. I indulge myself with a piece of cheese cake and of course other things in the buffet they serve during a 3 day course. I also missed a day of exercise last week. But i did increase my weekend walk. My body is feeling lighter and I did get comments that my complexion looks better.I hope to hit number 67 and would be glad on 65. I also find that after curbing calories, an attempt to eat more that what is the usual limited calories, I have epigastric discomfort.So I am using that as a tool that I should eat too much esp of oily food. Sometimes thinking of the food calorie and how much exercise I have to do to burn it of would suppress my appetite down. So instead of taking a whole pastry bun I would only take half.
