I weigh in on my own scale whereas the previous weigh in was on my office scale at home scale it was 68.So there is some inaccuracy somewhere. I've maintained my daily exercise, but my total calorie intake have increased last 2 weeks due to buffet luncheons in hotels.Hope to reach 65 soon.
