Returned yesterday from a 10 day cruise.It was beautiful and I did not allow myself to lose my Atkins Edge. I loss 2 pounds and believe me it was not easy.But I felt strong before I even boarded that ship and I remain so now. I added strawberries while I was away. Did well with that. I started OWL on Feb.22 so I only did a little adding while away.I wanted to be home to do more.I got the new Atkins book before I left and that came with me. I like it a lot,easy explaining wo confusion. Any way I am back Winddancer
