Would really ♥ to lose 10lbs by May 1st--so I will call that a 'dream' goal--a girl CAN dream, can't she?
a more realistic goal will be 25lbs by 4th of July--I DO have a practical side ;-)WOW--that'd be 60lbs by 'Independence Day' then I'd say bring on the "rocket's red glare" FOR SURE :)
So today's plans -baking the chicken while journeling(call me multi-tasker :)) Do some housework(Never-ending, isn't it?) Do free weights out on the deck while sunning like a fat cat in the sun...which reminds me of a quote...
