Diario de vrabe, 10 feb. 08

The weight is just creeping off now in spite of my faithful gym visits (have even started jogging) and the tons of snow I am forced to shovel these days. I clearly have a better, toned body and stronger muscles but I want a good weight loss.
66,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,1 kg a la Semana

I know how you feel. This is the 2nd weigh in I have not lost a thing. I am not going to let it get me down because my inches show me differently. I have to keep telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat. You are doing a great job so keep it up and you will get the weight off. I should not be looking at a scale because I know it can distract you. That is why I weigh in on the 9th or 10th day. The less I look at my weight the better. Inches and what size of clothes you wear should matter more. But I still get stuck on the weight. You are doing good so keep those gym visits up and know you are not alone.
