I'm 48 and have struggled with dieting all my life. Low Carb has worked the best, it's just I fall off the wagon on the weekends. My husband loves to eat, and snack, so I've got to get a grip on that. I've put 50 pounds on in the 10 years we've been married, so that should say something. I hate shopping for clothes. And I hate how I look, so it's now or never...............Plus I'd like to get off of some of this medication I'm on.
