I am a registered nurse in Shreveport, LA. I have strugled w/ my weight all my life. I educate patients on how they should eat healthy and exercise for health and longevity. I feel like a hipocrit. So that's why I am here. I know I can't do it w/out being held accountable. Hopefully posting my status will keep me motivated and on task. I also have PCOS which is exacerbated by being overweight. When overweight I NEVER ovulate and I desire to have a baby so badly. I have been dieting for 2wks now and have had my fist cycle in a years time. So I know the effect weight has on body and see very positive results when I lose some excess. My major goals are health and fertility. I'd love to talk w/ other women who have PCOS and discuss it w/ them!
