So I weighed myself this morning and I'm back up 3 lb again. I didn't record it because it really feels like I'm carrying a lot of water again. I haven't had any real slip ups in terms of what I'm eating. I had that glass of wine on Sunday and dessert (strawberry shortcake), but nothing naughty since then.
I'm sick of this bouncing around this weight.
I'm hoping I can flush it out before Saturday (my next 'official' weigh in).
I was at 264 for a long time several years ago, so I know that my body is comfortable here. I need to push through this plateau and get past it.

Walked through the rain again this morning. My hoodie and baseball cap got so wet today that I think I could count it as weight lifting... lol.
Did my 60 squats. I'm finding it easier in the beginning, but I definitely feel the burn once I get around 50.
Today is a housework day, so that will count as a bit more exercise too.
I would love it if I could hit my 50 pounds mark in the next week or so. We'll see what happens. MUST DRINK MORE WATER!!!

Legs are feeling a little wobbly... 6.8km and 55 squats. Whew!
Had a small glass of wine last night with dinner, and dessert (low sugar strawberry shortcake with whipped cream), so my sugars were a little high this morning. Not going to get down on myself about it, though.
Going to shop for new walking shoes today! Yippee! And a belt to hold up my too-big pants! :)
Managed to get over 14000 steps yesterday. That's a new personal best.

Down 2.6 pounds today! That little bump up a few days ago must have been due to AF, because now she's gone and I'm back down to where I was before! Hooray!
Have to be careful with breakfast and lunch today as we are going to my mother-in-law's for dinner tonight and I have no idea what to expect.
Got my 6.8km walk in this morning (although I did let myself sleep in until 6am) and did my 50 squats for day 1 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge.
Feeling good today. The cough is almost gone and after a great night's sleep I'm feeling healthy and strong today.
