Good Morning Dear Diary,
Another good week with weight loss, AMAZING since Sunday was
our Car Club's CHRISTMAS PARTY and I think everyone knows how
OUT OF CONTROL they can be ha,ha,ha. Anyway, I was naughty with
my eating that day BUT I had planned to be naughty. As a result,
I did manage to lose right at 1.6 lbs (AWESOME).
SNOW is on the way again, it should be here sometime this Afternoon.
Well, time for my Morning Mocha before my day gets going.

Good Afternoon Dear Diary.
First and foremost we as a Nation need to recognize our
World War II veterans, for their sacrifice to keep our
country free. Thank You.
Now, I lost another 0.6 lbs. I'm so happy with that loss.
I'm staying true to my Intermittent Fasting and it's going
very well. I'm drinking more water now and I think it is
helping flush out the toxins and fat.
This Afternoon I went to my hair stylist to get my hair done.
It's almost time for dinner. Until next week.

Dear Diary,
I've officially lost 30.0 lbs since July 21, 2016. I am so
over the moon with excitement being it was the Thanksgiving Holiday.
in 1 week I lost 3.4 lbs WOW!!!
Sticking to a simple menu and drinking MORE water seem to be the key to losing this excess weight.
Well, once again time for my Morning Mocha before getting my day started.

Good Morning Dear Diary,
I was hoping for a weight loss, but I gained 0.6 lbs. I'm
wondering if it might be muscle weight? With the extra exercise
I've been doing getting our house ready for Christmas, that
could be what's going on.
A busy week ahead as we prepare for our Thanksgiving Dinner.
I make the dinner here and then we pack it up and take it to
my Mother-in-law's, she's 93 and still lives in her own home.
I don't know my way around her kitchen, so it's much easier to
just cook in my own kitchen.
Well, once again that time of Morning, Time for my Mocha. Until

Good Morning Dear Diary,
OMG what a wonderful way to start the day knowing you've lost 2.0 lbs
in 7 days. I'm 64 years old and losing 2 pounds in 7 days is CRAZY, but
I'll take it. I do very little exercise but I do light weights (dumbbells) 3 times a week. I've been Intermittent Fasting 4 days a week now for 3 months.
I drink plenty of water to help flush out my system and with the modified low carb eating I do along with using Bene Fiber Health Shape I think is the key to unlocking the fat.
Well, it's that time of Morning to get my Mocha before getting my day started. As always, I'M THINKING THIN.....Marlene
