My weight is swinging 😓. Anyway it’s decreasing little by little.
It’s been a week already after I returned to diet. At first (last Monday) my weight was 72.7kg and today my weight is 71.6kg. Lost 1.1kg on the first week.
List of foods I ate yesterday
- rolling salad; rice paper 80g - 260cal , ketchup 90g - 120cal
- sticky rice 200g - 200cal
- black bean 100g - 340cal
- oat 60g - 230cal
- raisin 60g - 130cal
- bean noodle 35g - 120cal
- seaweed 40g - 25cal
Net calories 1250cal
*carrot, cabbage, bean sprout, mushroom in the salad, but I didn’t count calories from these ingredients

I gained weight 0.2kg. I think yesterday I consumed a lot of salt in the rolling salad, it was very salty that even caused me stomachache. About the calories, I limited it to 1500cal.
