I just realized something.
I’m officially 70 lbs down today since last summer.
How did I do it?
-CICO.
-Realizing I didn’t have to have “cheat” days. (That, to me, has a negative connotation.). I did what I have said before.. usually indulging without overindulging.
-I didn’t beat myself up if I went over on calories or took a day or two away from a workout. I just got back on track. After getting back on track, I figured out that those “off” days were/are needed.
-I realized that food wasn’t my enemy. I was. Food doesn’t have emotions. I do.
-I stopped (recently) unintentionally chasing a calorie burn number. I focus on making the best of each session.

No workout today (aside from chasing littles and cleaning). My booty hurts from yesterday’s session and I love it! Weigh in tomorrow as I can be back on a schedule.
I’m almost at the point of hitting first goal (9.4 lbs away) and I’ll be going into maintenance until after my surgery/recovery period as I won’t be able to workout at all for a month. Yikes!😝 Lets face it.. it’s me and in knowing me so well I’ll find alternative ways to do something. Lift books over head or whatever. Lol. I’ll definitely lose a bit of muscle and I’ll readjust calories-in during that time. I wonder how many calories it burns “stirring the pot”.
I hear it’s a popular exercise now. 🤷🏻♀️🤣
Next goal will be 140. I’ll reassess after I hit that point. I am not looking for a particular number. Just working on healthier.

Told my oldest about baby squats so she thought she’d get into action and baby squat her cousin. 😂💪

Taking tomorrow off then picking another iFit trainer program to do. Possibly. The Clark’s are awesome so may dive into one of their studio sets or another one of their destination workouts. 💪 Finished their 30 day program and it was awesome.
