gooooooooood friday mornin...wakin up to a chilly 36 this mornin...got up to 60 yesterday...just really making me think spring is just around the corner even though i know its still winter time...just gonna do a short walk this morning..so i can pick the key of the apartment up this morning...yes its finally here...my apartment is ready to move into...have to stay off the carpet till tonight ..so just gonna wait till tomow or sunday to start moving...most of the smaller things i can move..but need help on a few of the bigger things..but have that covered...the weather also plays a role as its suppose to be raining the next 2 days...naturally...but just a minor setback..really looking forward to being in a new place with less temptations an stress...well...need to eat breakfast an layer up...get this day started once again...have a great one....


BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. I AM HEALTHIER BECAUSE I CHOSE TO CHANGE MY EATING LIFESTYLE AND HOW I EXERCISE THE FOOD OFF...
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5. I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. BEING CONSISTENT IS WHAT WORKS!!!

yawn...gooooood thursday mornin...back in the 30s this morning...bring on spring..was in the 60s yesterday..short sleeve weather...over 10,000 in steps again yesterday...2 loads of rock...and still have more to do...but not sure i will be doing it again today..just tired at the moment...just want to go back to bed...not sure what i will do today...but sure i will wake up in a few an get layered up for my morning walk...today is ground hog day...doesnt really matter its only feb...lol...still some colder days ahead...need to cut up some lettuce today...and put in a bigger bowl..make it easier for when im about to have a meal...just seems to get me outta the kitchen faster..less temptations...i do have to admit its just gotten to be a habit of fixing food ahead...well..need to make the bed..and fix eggs...get ready to head out an get that morning walk over...get this day started out right once again...

goooooooood wednesday morning...waking up to 58 this mornin...only 8200 in steps yesterday but part of that was shoveling rock ..loaded it on a pickup bed an then shoveled it back off the truck ..so got a different workout at brians...he was huffin an puffin...told him alittle walking would build up his heart muscles an help him ...i could tell he wasnt in as good as shape as he use to be...being outta work does that to a person..even though they are still up an moving..its not the same as exercising an stayin in shape...more movin of the rock today...i wasnt even sore...but didnt really expect to be...the plan today..do a morning walk...then head back out to brians to move more rock..still need to do 2 more pickups to finish his drive...should be hearing about apartment either today or tomarrow...im ready to start moving it and getting settled into a new place...less then a mile from mom and my little bro is just a house or 2 from her...so its not like someone wont be near...she can get around the house on her own ..but i take her out an about when she wants to get out...well need to get this body up an moving...tummy is sayin feed me..but still to early for that...have a great one...
